Are the Competency-Based Risk Management Certificate Holders Ready for Change? A Descriptive Study of Readiness for Change

Organizations need to make effective changes address VUCA conditions survive and be sustainable. The readiness of members the organization plays an essential role in ensuring effectiveness organizational's change. As a member organization, risk management certificate holder is expected capable ability psychologically ready for organizational implementing management. This study aims provide empirical evidence regarding competency-based holders changes, especially implement more mature organizations. used quantitative descriptive approach with survey method. was conducted online using self-administered questionnaire modified adapted from Organizational Readiness Implementing Change measurement tool. sample this focused on individuals who have general certificate—the sampling technique by convenience technique.
 Regarding data analysis, researcher statistical analysis. indicates that 54.5% high level compared their group. It shows organization. findings two dimensions also form variable, namely, change commitment efficacy. results show holders' impacts than higher share resolved pursue action shared belief collective capabilities organize execute From study, organizations can develop strategies further increase confidence organizations, individual holders, so made will higher.
